BECOME A VENDOR AT OUR FAIR!

WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING SPACE RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2025 DEL NORTE COUNTY FAIR, WHICH WILL RUN JULY 31- AUGUST 3, 2025.

BUILDING HOURS for the fair are Thur., Fri. & Sat: 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Your booth must be set up and manned during all hours and you may not tear down early.

Leaving early will drop you from our list for the following year.

SPACE FEES: All space (indoors or outdoors) will be assigned following your choice of (1) Main Exhibit Building or (2) Outdoor Grounds Space. Specific booth locations will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, but may not be guaranteed due to the needs of the fair. Special needs (drainage, 208-volt service, etc.) will be accommodated if possible. TABLE AND CHAIRS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Those exhibitors returning from last year’s fair will be given preference to the same amount of space and products, provided that the required deposit of $150.00 is returned by April 1, 2025.

Unclaimed space will be allocated to new applicants who provide unique, attractive, and wholesome products that do not conflict with other exhibitors’ products.

CREDENTIALS:

  • Season or 8 Daily credentials per 10 x 10 booth.
  • Season or 12 Daily credentials per 10 x 20 booth.

If you require additional passes or credentials, they must be purchased.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received by June 15, 2025, will receive 75% of the deposit. Cancellations received after June 15, 2025, will receive 75% of deposit only if the fair can resell the space.

The State of California requires that all concessionaires and commercial exhibitors provide insurance specifying public liability coverage of not less than $1,000,000.00 (Combined Single Limits), which shall include products liability. Liability insurance for the duration of the Fair is available through our office, please contact us for more information.

VENDOR RECEPTION: The fair will have a Wine & Cheese Reception for all vendors on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 7pm – 8pm. in the commercial building during the last hour of set-up time.
