HOW TO ENTER ONLINE:

There are 2 ways:

1. From your desktop when the pdf entry form pops up click on    the little flag on the upper right hand corner of the screen.  This tells you to fill and sign.  Simply fill the form out and then email it back to us.

2. From mobile email us:
